APA interviews Oscar-winner Steven Okazaki, director of the new HBO documentary "White Light/Black Rain," which chronicles the decades of struggles of atomic bomb victims from Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Okazaki discusses the production of the film, his role as a Japanese American within the Hiroshima controversy, and the infamous "This is Your Life" episode in which the U.S. pilot apologizes to Hiroshimia survivors.
