Society needs to step up and make changes so what happened to Riley Sawyers does not happen to another child. Sometimes a child isn't better off with their parents. Child Abuse devastates Everyone. Please keep a look out for signs of abuse in children and report any abuse you suspect.Keep an eye out for children you no longer see that used to play in your neighborhood.If you continue to see their Parents/Guardians but no sign of the child,Red Flags should be raised.
