Image Vision Center is happy to announce new hope for failing vision in special cases. Through our new methods of diagnosis and treatment for ischemic visual loss (visual loss believed to be caused by poor blood flow to the eye), we are now evaluating patients who may be candidates for a technique that may reverse the cause of poor blood flow to the eye and restore or improve vision. This technology will be reserved initially for only severe (end stage) cases, where other conventional techniques have not been successful. If these patients how relatively consistent success, the indications may become expanded. We are opening the evaluations for patients who may suffer from: Normal Tension Glaucoma Macular Degeneration Ischemic Optic Nerve Degeneration Ischemic Ocular Syndrome Ischemic Occulopathy Anterior Ischemic Optic Neuropathy Central Retinal Vein Occlusion Syndrome Retinal Vein Occlusion Retinal Artery Occlusion Severe frequent blurring of vision Diabetic Retinopathy Uveitis This video is Image Vision Center's discussion of this new treatment of ischemic visual loss.
