I am not sure I believe that. Sarah Michelle Gellar said d a she is through with Buffy and a Buffy movie without her is odd. Plus in this Dollhous SDCC 2008 Joss Whedon says he is getting his "Buffy fix" through the comics, even if that isn't fair to everyone else who was involved.

I freakin'(or, if you prefer, frackin') can't WAIT for this series. Joss + ELIZA + Tah-Moh, holy crap it's a trifecta of hot brilliant genius that NEEDS to be on tv!!!!! Ever since I was WAY LATE in jumping onto the Buffy bandwagon (thanks to syndication) I've been craving more of Joss' brilliance, vision and storytelling. + Eliza w/ her beauty & BRAINS = hot! "I got my inspiration by staring into the eyes of this woman..." I SWOON! Joss Whedon, you're my favorite genius, too!!!

I agree with Joss. That's one of the most powerful scenes of either series, in my opinion. "You have the forearms. I have the concept." I love Joss Whedon so very, very much.
